Get ready to Shake the Dust!
With five years as as a psychologist, a yoga teacher and a coach, Sally uniquely combines her work with mind, body and soul to help bring you back into balance.
This is a great class for those who enjoy moving freely, who love moving to music, who want to sweat, but also who enjoy a work-in as well as a work-out (think yoga style).
With dancing, yoga, shaking, jumping, intuitive movement, pilates, somatics and body weight training, not to mention a carefully put together banger of a playlist for each class, this class is designed for anyone. There are options for low intensity and high intensity. It will deliver a cathartic release, a great workout, SWEAT and a strong, resilient body.
Available as a 6 week course for £60 Early Bird Price until 16th August. This course will give you access to all of the class types Opening to Grace - meeting ourselves where we are, getting in there/here and invoking a trust for life and where it is taking us. Flow State - more cardio and intuitive, free movement, a play between form and formlessness, a container and spilling out of it Rest in Movement - an ‘interbeing’ class, down to earth, fluid, grounding, slow and restorative/somatic in nature.

Levenshulme Community Beginners Yoga Class
Have you always been interested in yoga and meditation but never been sure where to start?
Or maybe you have previously had a practice of yoga but lost your way with it a little over the pandemic?
This is a great place to either start your practice or continue your practice.
The perfect start to the week, you will leave this calming class feeling refreshed and relaxed.
Your Monday evening practice is designed to held you build and regain strength as well as grow greater flexibility with dynamic and fluid stretches, whilst still getting you home in time for dinner. We intersperse some traditional sequences, such as variations of sun salutations but we also include some more non-traditional sequences to build strength and also to promote good circulation of energy around the body. This class always involves the chance to experience a flowing sequence of yoga postures coordinated with the movement of the breath as well as some seated meditation.
In person in Levenshulme is available for £6.50 - First Class (New Attendee Only), £9 - Individual Class, £ 40 - 5 Classes for £8 each to be used in 3 months, £70 – 10 classes for £7 each to be used in 4 months. Welcome to your mini retreat!
Women’s Wellness Evenings are about remembering what supports and nurtures our wellbeing and uniqueness as women.
These events are designed to help busy women to nourish and thrive. Perfect for the times that we live in as it’s when we learn how to be in the now that we can re-calibrate ourselves.
Look after your mind and body after a crazy time recently with a carefully chosen blend of practices to get you into sensing and feeling the body rather than the over-active mind.
Each evening will have a theme of each element in the Five Elements Traditional Chinese Medicine theory, deepening connection to the rhythms of nature and providing opportunity for connection with like-minded people as well as movement and restful practices.
Every experience is designed to guide you through not only the physical practice of yoga and free movement, but also through a more meditative and inward-focused practice as well as connection to others.
These evenings are suitable for complete beginners and more experienced students alike.

Our venue is the wonderfully spacious Open Studio Space on the 3rd floor of Hallam Mill (SK2 6PT).
You’ll be left feeling rejuvenated, recharged, and ready to float home!

This is a crucial investment in your health and wellbeing whilst we still adjust to the “new normal”.
Drop-ins for single dates will also be available.
Event One
Come and join us in the sun and outside in a peaceful location on a farm in Marple.
You can expect a 75 minute yoga practice to move and breathe together, with a combination of vinyasa and yin yoga styles, ending with a relaxation.
Leave having restored your body and mind. What could be better?
Full location and directions will be provided to those who have booked. The location is nearby to Rose Hill Marple with frequent trains to Manchester if needed. Parking will be available.
Please bring your own yoga mat and other props.
Please note this will be a COVID Secure event following government guidance and a risk assessment will be completed. Social distancing will be observed and respected.
