Healing from Within takes place over a 6 month period.
What’s included:
12 x 1 hour sessions with Sally, with a choice to take these as online calls or in person. This includes support in between sessions.
A private session is completely catered for your needs. I can cater each and every session around what you want to explore or how you feel. If you don’t know then the time to look at that is built into the sessions. I can help you to navigate your menstrual cycle and to support your trauma recovery with yoga practices, as well as support with transitions in your life through intuitive life coaching, so that you can live the life you truly want and deserve. How does the programme work?
The first stage is an onboarding 30 minute call with Sally. You will find the link to book this call, either over the phone or on Zoom, in the link in your programme confirmation. This is additional to your 8 calls or sessions with Sally and included in the programme.
Sally will use this time to welcome you to the programme, to help you uncover your dreams and desires from the programme, as well as any specific goals you may have.
From there, you will be given immediate access to all of the online bonus materials.
You can then book in the calls with Sally and Katharine at times which suit you. Sally can talk you through this during the onboarding call, including the in person options.
We recommend that you book your first call with Katharine within the first two weeks of the programme if at all possible. Katharine will send you an initial questionnaire and screening forms for completion and for sending back at least a couple of days before your initial consultation.
Who is Sally Eccleston?
With ten years working in education, five years as an entrepreneur and as a psychologist, (DAppEdPsy, registered with the HCPC), ten years experience as a yoga student turned teacher (qualified as trauma-informed) and a coach, (registered with the ACCPH) Sally uniquely combines her work with mind, body and soul to help bring you back into balance.
She helps to nurture and heal your mind, body and spirit to empower you to make the changes that will really benefit your life so that you can experience good health and happiness.
My belief is that psychology and yoga should be accessible to everybody, and I teach effective ways to deal with difficult situations or states of mind, including stress and anxiety. My focus is to promote positive wellbeing, psychological growth and spiritual practice for everyone. As a psychologist I have a deep understanding of how our minds function and how developmental trauma patterns show up, as a yoga teacher, I specialise in the body and mind connection and as an intuitive coach, I can support you connect to the deepest parts of yourself, guide you through your intuition and help you to tap into the power of the divine energy we all feel the presence of.
Who is Katharine Smith?
Hello I’m Katharine, a nutrition and lifestyle coach working with women to find their own version of healthy so they feel like they are thriving. Most of you are tired of trying to navigate the dos and don'ts, the latest trendy diet and the one-size fits all approach. Maybe you’re feeling overwhelmed or frustrated. Or quite frankly you just don’t have the time or head-space to cook one more meal for you, another for your partner and maybe even another for your kids too.
